Refund and Returns Policy

At RAFL, we stand behind the quality of our branded merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

Email  to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will respond with a return shipping label and instructions for how to package your product for return.
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that products must be returned in their original condition, with the tags still attached and in the original packaging if applicable.

Any products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We will refund the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs. If you request an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the new product.
